This page summarizes the service policies presented on the Sir Preston’s website. Final customer agreements will be provided before service begins.
Recurring service is billed every four weeks and paid before service. Once a service has been completed during a paid cycle, that cycle is nonrefundable. Cancellation applies to the following cycle.
Customers must provide safe access and remove hazards, debris and aggressive pets. Service may be delayed when weather, animals, property conditions or access create a safety concern.
Weather-delayed service is completed at the next safe opportunity. If waste is accidentally missed during a completed visit, Sir Preston’s will credit the customer’s next four-week cycle under the applicable customer agreement.
Displayed starting prices are subject to confirmation based on the number of dogs, yard size, yard condition, service type and disposal option.
